Caring For your Cat
Wolviston Cattery has been awarded a 5 Star rating from Stockton Borough Council.
To receive such an award the Cattery must comply to the highest specifications both in accommodation, cleanliness, policy and procedures and staff competency.
Customers can come to the cattery at anytime throughout the day to drop their cats off. No appointments are necessary.
We like to be flexible with our customers and not have fixed opening times that can be restrictive.
Customers are also able to come and visit their cats in our care, again no appointment is necessary.
We encourage you to settle your cat into their accommodation and to spend as much time as you like doing that. Tea and coffee are available to you during your visit.
On booking in your cat we like to understand what your cat likes to eat, any dislikes, grooming requirements and any medical conditions.
WEB CAMS
Using the website owners can log onto the live webcams very easily and watch their cats(s) from any mobile phone, tablet, computer or laptop - it only takes seconds to log onto them.
Currently six rooms within the cattery have webcams in them and customers can enjoy watching them at no extra cost. These rooms are on a first come first serve basis and do book up quickly! .
On arrival to the cattery if you are booked into a webcam room the staff will show you how to access your webcam.
